Les Terrasses du Relais, our hotel restaurant, welcomes you in a bright and friendly setting with contemporary and stylish decor. To end the year in style, some chic piano bar entertainment is planned and will accompany your evening. After the aperitif, you can enjoy a typical seasonal festive starter with a pumpkin velouté with caramelised pumpkin seeds accompanied by a pan-fried foie gras escalope. This will be followed by lightly grilled scallops with an orange and ginger sauce. You can then discover the exquisite delights of the chef's veal medallion in a tarragon crust. A creamy polenta with vegetables provides a tasty contrast. Finally, after a mature cheese platter, your New Year's Eve meal will end with a Mont-Blanc shortbread and its chestnut tuile, all perfectly in keeping with the theme. And, of course, you can make your choice of wines and champagnes from our cellar menu.
