Enjoy a unique New Year's Eve experience with a menu specially created for the occasion. Our New Year’s Eve Dinner for 2 has been dreamed up for you by our talented chef Laurent Renouf who, as usual, will showcase fresh and top-quality produce and ingredients. The tone will be set from the start with an amuse-bouche to stir your appetite. You will then have the pleasure of savouring the seared langoustines, followed by foie gras with apricot and balsamic chutney with mango served as a starter. The tasting adventure will continue with a ‘tribute to the sea and the land’ showcasing the fine flavours of a St-Pierre fillet followed by beef fondant stuffed with morels and carrots. And because a good meal would not be complete without the treasures of the shepherd and a sweet note, your table will be graced with delicious cheeses and a gourmet surprise that will honour the clementine, the passionfruit and the fashion for salted butter caramel. Then, for the perfect finish, how about some excellent coffee accompanied by mignardises?
