Twenty minutes from Paris, the Relais de la Malmaison invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay in an exceptional setting. In our verdant park at the edge of the Seine, you are invited to savour the tranquillity and soothing ambiance of a beautiful and inviting location. To begin your day in the best possible way, the Relais de la Malmaison invites you to eat breakfast in a peaceful and bucolic atmosphere. Bathed in natural light, opening onto our park, the dining room is both comfortable and friendly. In the morning, it welcomes you for a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast. Fresh and seasonal produce complements viennoiseries and a selection of breads, cold meats and cheeses. If the weather is fine, you will want to take a seat on our terrace to enjoy the scents of the flowers in the garden and the mild air. For an espresso in the morning, a tea at five o'clock or a glass of champagne in the early evening, head for our bar, where you can relax by the fireplace or curl up in our deep armchairs. For each of the meals of the day, our restaurant welcomes you both for your professional lunches and for your romantic dinners…
The wonders of our chef Paulo Goncalves
Alongside Luis Campos, our catering director, our chef Paulo Goncalves gives our restaurant its distinctive culinary identity. As he himself says, chef Goncalves has “…A special story to write” here, a tale he tells so well due to his inspiration and the carefully selected seasonal produce he sources. The result is a menu that is both sober and enticing, in which the simplicity and aesthetics of the presentations hide a great subtlety of flavours and exceptional savoir-faire. So, don't miss his signature dish of turbot fillet au naturel and roll cut carrots with honey. Meat lovers may wish to opt for the exceptional rib of beef or the medallions of roast lamb. And, when it’s time for dessert, you may be hard pressed to choose between the seasonal fruit gratin and citrus crème brûlée and the choux à la crème with chocolate sauce…
Treat yourself, at your own pace
Whether you have a large or small appetite in the morning, our catering service is ready to please you. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 in the form of a buffet. A continental breakfast can also be brought to your room if you want to enjoy complete comfort and privacy. Room service takes over during the day between noon and 14:00 and then from 19:00 to 22:00. You may want to opt for a tasty pumpkin velouté and seared scallops or a crab and artichoke millefeuille, followed by a cep risotto, poached sea bream fillet or coq au vin. If you’re ready for a snack, you can head to the bar and satisfy your cravings for sweet or savoury treats from a selection courtesy of the Bocaux du Bistrot.
