An exceptional setting
Firstly, our Hotel Le Relais de la Malmaison is ideally located for hosting your event. It’s so easy to get here by public transport from the Paris airports and railway stations but also via public transport services such as the RER, train and bus services. We are also close to several autoroutes, including the A86, A14 and A13 and have a large car park. In addition to these practical details, there are compelling aesthetic reasons for allowing us to host your event. Here, you and your guests can enjoy the bucolic setting of our two-hectare country park bordering the Seine. Away from the urban frenzy you can enjoy the serenity and the beautiful views of flowers, trees and lush lawns.
Our facilities for your private event at the Relais de la Malmaison
You will have several modular solutions for your banquet or party. Five lounges are at your disposal, ranging from 25 m² for the smaller ones to almost 80 m², made possible by combining three rooms. Each room can be organised into a cocktail arrangement for 20 to 60 people or in a banquet configuration with 6 to 8 tables. Finally, for a wedding or a large party, we offer our 300m2 Orangery. Set on one level and having large windows, it can accommodate up to 300 guests in a cocktail configuration or 180 for a meal at the tables. Of course, all our rooms are equipped with sound, lighting, video projector, round tables and chairs.
The creativity and savoir-faire of our chef
In addition to providing fully equipped events spaces, we also offer the expertise of our chef and his team. They will provide an assortment of sweet and savoury accompaniments for cocktails, a hot buffet, or an all-inclusive menu for an evening at the table. You can find many examples of the dishes and menus we have available in our dedicated brochure. That said, our kitchen team is constantly evolving and adapting their menus to make the most of fresh and seasonal produce and ingredients. Take advantage of our chef’s creativity and savoir-faire or use an external caterer; the choice is yours. A 50 m² dedicated room will be made available if you choose the latter option.
Don’t have the time to arrange everything? No problem! Our events experience means we have assembled a network of specialists who can make your event truly unique. Florists, caterers, sound and lighting companies, menu printing, room decoration... please don’t hesitate to ask us for advice. We can engage their services for you or put you in direct contact.
The success of an event is largely due to its location and the attention lavished on the smallest of details. At the Relais de la Malmaison we have a dedicated team of two events organisers, Pauline and Amandine, a manager who takes care of the preparation of the room and who remains on site for the duration of your celebrations, as well as our chef and his team. All you need to do is relax, enjoy your event, and let us take care of the logistics. What’s more, the wedding suite is included when you rent our Orangery!
