Everyone on the trail for the traditional egg hunt
The vast landscaped park of the Relais de la Malmaison lends itself particularly well to this Easter staple: the chocolate egg hunt. Rediscover all the joys of childhood by taking the start of this tasty tradition. For the occasion, two routes will be established. The first one will be reserved for the little ones, from 2 to 5 years old, with hiding places within their reach, while the second one, intended for 6-12 years old, will offer them a more challenging quest. The bells will have taken care to hide dozens of golden eggs along their route, containing wonderful surprises. The egg hunt will be held in the hotel's park on Easter Sunday at 11 a.m. Remember to register your children: you have until April 5. For the little ones, it will be a magical moment and for their parents and companions, an opportunity to share a fun family moment in the fresh air. And after this tasty hunt, sit down at a table in the Terrasses du Relais to discover the Easter menu concocted for the occasion by our chef Paulo Goncalves.

The restaurant of the hotel Le Relais de la Malmaison offers you a relaxing and bucolic setting. Bathed in natural light thanks to its large bay windows, it opens onto the park. At the head of the Terrasses du Relais brigade, Chef Goncalves has been able to convince with his aesthetic and generous cuisine, taking the great classics of tradition and revisiting them with a beautiful inspiration. For the Easter meal, he has taken the essentials and added his own personal touch. Thus, you will find as a starter the delicate asparagus of the season. Chef Paulo Goncalves artistically combines white and green asparagus with a poached egg and a chive cream for a fresh spring taste. You will then taste the leg of lamb roasted with herbs, its Macaire apples, generous and melting, and its small vegetables. Finally, chocolate cannot be absent from an Easter menu and you will find it in a sweetness completed with a crunchy almond tuile. To enhance this menu of choice, you can choose from our extensive wine list or let yourself be guided by the advice of our sommelier.
